All Arab USA is a multi-state digital platform developed to serve Arab communities across the United States through integrated web and mobile applications.
I worked on the development of the project across its web platform, mobile applications, UI/UX, user journey and overall digital product implementation.
My role included leading and coordinating the development team and managing the implementation process from project requirements and interface planning through development, testing and delivery.
Web & Mobile Development
The platform was developed using React.js for the web frontend, Laravel for the backend and APIs, and Flutter for the mobile application.
I was responsible for coordinating the development process across these technologies and ensuring that the frontend, backend and mobile application worked together as one integrated digital product.
UI/UX & User Journey
I worked on the project’s UI/UX and user journey, defining how users interact with the platform across both web and mobile environments.
This included planning interfaces, organizing features and content, reviewing user flows and working with the development team to translate the required experience into the final product.
Development Team Leadership
A major part of my role was managing and coordinating the technical team responsible for implementing the platform.
I worked across project requirements, development priorities, technical coordination, UI/UX implementation, testing, issue resolution and quality control.

Project Objective
The objective was to transform the project concept into a scalable web and mobile digital platform capable of serving users across multiple U.S. states.
The project demonstrates my experience not only in digital strategy and UI/UX, but also in leading development teams and managing the implementation of complex digital products using React.js, Laravel and Flutter across web, backend and mobile environments.
